The QA Automation Team Lead will be experienced and highly committed to creating world class automation for regression and feature testing, able to develop and drive a high-level test strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implementing that strategy

Leading a team of 10 Engineers
דרישות:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
7+ years of industry experience, including at least three years of hands-on testing
5+ years of experience managing a QA team
Deep hands-on experience in developing and leading QA Automation using JAVA.
Good knowledge in JAVA. Able to train others in the QA Automation team.
Experience in AGILE/SCRUM development methodologies with continuous integration
