Backend Team leader

BSEE is mandatory, MSEE.
Minimum 7 years hands on experience in backend.
Minimum 2 years experience in leading backend team.
(Experience with backend design for advanced CMOS processes (45nm and below
Experience in RTL to GDS full flow, including Synthesis, DFT, Timing, constraints, multi clock domains, low power design and high frequency design methodologies, P&R, physical verification, etc.
