5-8 years of hand-on Design experience (knowledge in Verilog and System Verilog)
Managerial experience – Ability to lead team and manage people tasks, lead of a small to medium team (2-5 engineers), resource allocation and planning experience (MSP advantage)
System view oriented – manages to see the full picture ability to break down the definition into tasks
Integration experience – advantage
